Heavy Duty Cantilever Storage Rack, Steel Rack Systems for Heavy Duty Applications

Uprights: Heavy duty series cantilever uprights from DC Graves are made completely with 7 gauge steel. The vertical column is 9.5" deep x 4" wide, and is punched with 15/16" holes on both sides. The base of the upright which determines the allowable arm length sits 9.5" from the ground. Heavy duty uprights are available in heights from 8' to 20', if these standard heights do not meet your need please call us for custom sizing.

Straight & Inclined Arms: The heavy duty arm is the heart of the racking system, with standard capacities up to 4,000 pounds per arm we are sure our capacities can match your needs. Heavy duty steel rack arms are made from 10 or 7 gauge steel sheet, in addition we do offer an 11 gauge steel tube arm for the most demanding rack needs. The heavy duty constructions and strength of this rack series allows us to offer arms 54" and 60" long unavailable in the lighter duty series. These longer arms are ideal for storing sheet metal and other larger materials.

Brace Sets: Once you have selected your heavy duty uprights to be used in your system that will determine the proper style brace sets to use to make your rack whole. Brace sets are sold as components, you only need to order one set, and that set will come with the necessary parts. For example, if you wanted to connect two twenty foot high uprights together on 48" centers, you would order one of the part #4B48X.
