Uprights: Light duty cantilever uprights have a 12 gauge steel vertical column 3" deep x 6-1/4" wide. The column is punched with 11/16" diameter holes on 3" centers vertically, holes are punched on both sides of the upright allowing a single sided unit to be converted to double sided with a change of the base. The base of the upright is 10 gauge steel 5" high x 7-5/16" wide. The base is constructed of 2 pieces that bolt to the vertical column of the cantilever racking system.

Straight & Inclined Arms: Light duty cantilever arms have a 10 gauge steel saddle which wraps around the vertical column, the arm is made of 12 gauge steel. A 5/8" round steel pin is inserted through the hole in the arm and upright and is held in place by a pin keeper. Straight arms have a minimum pitch 3/8" per foot to compensate for load deflection. Inclined arms have a 20 ° pitch or 4.36" per foot.

Brace Sets: Light duty cantilever brace sets are used to link together uprights to create horizontal stability. Uprights between 6' and 10' use two horizontal connectors (2 are provided per set), and 12' high uprights utilize 3 connectors (3 are provided per set). The brace length listed in the chart below is center to center distance between uprights.
