Standard Duty Wide Base Scissor Lifts - F.O.B. AR

Hand Operated Control (NEMA 12 with 8' of cord) for raising and lowering, as standard.

Wide base scissor lifts are designed for applications requiring greater side loading support and size platforms. These ruggedly built units have bases that are 36" or 48" wide. Wide base units allow for oversized platforms up to 60" or 72" wide. Ideal for handling oversize sheelts of wood, steel and plastic, as well as large bulky loads.

  • Capacity: 2000,  4000 and 6000 lbs.

  • Travel: 24", 36" and 48" vertical travel

  • Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinders with chrome plated rams and polyurethane seals resist rust and corrosion and assure longer life

  • Internally Mounted Power Unit includes hydraulic pump, motor and oil reservoir mounted in a compact package. Can be removed easily for repair or maintenance.

  • Motors are either a 1 hp single phase (115/1/60) or a 1.5 hp three phase (208,220,460/3/60) 
    * intermittent duty. Three phase motors have 24 volt transformers for low voltage controls.

  • Heavy Duty Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings keep maintenance to the minimum.

  • Velocity Fuse is standard, prevents lift from collapsing with hydraulic pressure loss

  • Heavy Gage Steel Platform is hand buffed and polished for smooth transfer of materials. Steel platforms are reinforced and welded for safety and stability. The 3-1/2" table edge protects operator from rollers and provides added safety.

  • Cross Member Weldments constructed of heavy gage structural tubing which absorbs torque and prevents twisting and deflection.

  • Scissor Legs are heavy 3/4" plate steel.

  • Lifetime Lubricated Bearings are used on all rollers and pivot points for long trouble-free performance.

  • Easy to Maintain lift may be serviced in the lowered position. Hinged table top allows access to power unit and cylinder

  • Maintenance Chocks are standard. When installed they  allow the unit to be serviced (when empty) in a raised position.

* The standard motor is intermittent duty rated. If usage is more than one full lift every four minutes or jogging action every ten seconds, motor will overheat. Optional external power units available for continuous running, as well as for increased lifting speed.
