Belt: Black PVC 120 belt.
Bed: 12 gauge powder painted formed steel channel 7" deep with 1.9" diameter galvanized steel rollers on 6" centers. Bed sections are 5' and 10' long bolted together with butt couplings and floor supports.
X-Bracing: Frame squaring device supplied with conveyors over 40' long on every other bed section.
Tail Pulley: 4" diameter crowned with 1-3/16" shaft for conveyors up to 30' long, 6" diameter crowned with 1-7/16" shaft turned down on ends to 1-3/16" for conveyors over 30' long.
Drive Pully: 8" diameter drive pulley with 1-7/16" shaft for bed lengths, all drive pulleys crowned and lagged.
Snub Rollers: 2-1/2" diameter directly behind drive pulley, 2" diameter at tail pulley.
Return Rollers: 1.9" diameter adjustable on 10' centers. |
Pop-Out Rollers: 1.9" diameter located at each end of conveyor.
Floor Supports: Adjustable from 31-1/2" to 45-1/2", measured from floor to top of belt. Each conveyor supplied with one support at each end and one support at each bed joint.
Take-Up: Located at tail pulley providing 12" of belt tightening.
Bearings: Sealed and prelubricated with cast iron housing.
Motor: 1/2 HP 230-460-3-60 totally enclosed.
Belt Speed: 60 feet per minute, constant speed.
Finish: Green Powder Coat Finish.
Incline: Can be used at 15 degree maximum incline. |
