Divider Tote Box: Divider tote boxes are used when you need to divide a tote box into separate compartments. The reasons for doing so are many, some of the most common are 1) kitting - assembling a variety of hardware, components and parts with a common theme for manufacturing or shipping purposes.
2) product protection - many products in the process of being manufactured are delicate and can not touch one another. 3) inventory control - creating tote boxes that can fit pre-determined product quantities greatly aids in the counting and identification of inventory.

Divider tote boxes typically stack only, and stack with or without dividers or lids, always protecting the contents within. One draw back to a stack only box is that when not in use they take up a lot of space (consideration must be given to storage of tote boxes when in use and also when not in use). One plus to a stack only box is straight side walls and a small difference between the top outside dimensions and the bottom inside dimensions. Divider tote boxes typically have divider slots on 1.25" centers allowing for a multitude of opening sizes. Divider tote boxes typically offer lids, short and long dividers, horizontal separators and label holders as options.

Stacking Tote Boxes: Stacking tote boxes are used in a variety of industries for a variety of different purposes. Stacking tote boxes stack with or without lids always protecting the product in the tote. They typically have straight side walls and the top outside dimension is close to the bottom inside dimension. They offer good cubic storage and the ability to be palletized. One draw back to a stack only box is that when not in use they take up a lot of space (consideration must be given to storage of tote boxes when in use as well as when not in use). Stacking tote boxes typically offer lids and label holders as options.

Nesting Tote Boxes: Used a lot in order picking operations, food processing and the restaurant industry. Nesting totes, as their name implies, nest into one another saving valuable space when not in use. The side walls of a nesting tote typically slant out to in. The top outside dimension is typically much bigger than the bottom inside dimension when compared to stacking tote boxes. If stacking is not required, and space is at a premium nesting totes may be the solution.
Stack And Nest Tote Boxes: Stack and nest totes are a combination of a stacking tote box and a nesting tote box blended into one tote box. They can stack when you need (protecting the material stored inside and creating stable stacks of totes stored one on top of the other) and when not in use they can nest into each other saving valuable space. The most common style of stack & nest tote is the 180 degree turn type, in one position they can stack, turn one box 180 degrees to the other and they can nest. Other types include a 90 degree turn type and a bail type. Typical of stack and nest tote boxes is the large outside top dimension compared to the smaller useable bottom inside dimension.
Trays: These trays can be used to store long wide and flat objects, they can be used as drip trays and they can be used in progressive build manufacturing as transport trays or conveyor transport trays.
Small Parts Trays: Not much to be said here, these tray can be used in a variety  of small parts kitting and organizational tasks.
