DC Graves Two Shelf Steel Carts

Welded two shelf service carts are an industry standard for dependability and everyday use. Constructed using 12 gauge steel shelves, these units will outperform any bolt-together or plastic utility carts on the market. All two shelf carts come as standard with your choice of a flush top shelf for easy removal of product or a lipped shelf 1-1/2" high to retain objects contained within.

Same design and construction as the 1,200-lbs capacity service carts above but with the addition of one or two lockable storage drawers. The multi-purpose pull out drawer can be used to lock valuable materials or to keep frequently used objects in an easily accessible position.

Heavy duty two shelf carts offer a robust 3,600-lbs capacity for storage and transportation of heavy items such as dies, tooling, and raw material that our standard service carts cannot handle. Heavy duty 12 gauge shelves are welded to heavy angle iron posts and 6" x 2" hard tread casters are bolted to welded channels underneath the bottom shelf. Six wheel carts have improved mobility when maneuvering in tight and confined spaces with your heavy load.

Two shelf industrial carts feature 12 gauge steel shelves with 2" x 2" corner angles for extra heavy duty applications where anything but the top of the line heavy duty craftsmanship will not suffice. Heavy duty 8" kingpinless phenolic swivel casters provide superior maneuverability, strength, and use under heavy loads when compared to traditional swivel casters. Carts can be equipped with 2 kingpinless swivel casters and 2 rigid or with 4 kingpinless swivel casters of which 2 will come equipped with 4 position swivel locks to convert the swivel caster to rigid.

Ergonomic two shelf carts provide a comfortable grip that will reduce wrist strain on the operator. This natural hand position handle will also protect the user from any parts on the top shelf that could shift during transportation. These carts are available with 1,200-lbs capacity for lighter operations such as small parts, boxes, etc..or select a heavy duty model which comes equipped with 8" polyurethane casters and can handle up to 3,600-lbs of product.

Welded service cart with unique design omits the typical 4 corner posts and uses center upright posts to attach shelves. This design will allow users to quickly access tools, parts, etc..located on the bottom shelf. Bottom shelf is welded with lips up 1-1/2" to contain material stored within the shelf.
