Boltless steel shelving units from DC Graves are heavy duty, industrial grade steel shelving systems that are quick and easy to assemble and require no nuts or bolts. A boltless shelving unit can be installed with the use of a rubber mallet only, no need for wrenches, screws, etc...Although simple and easy to assemble, these industrial shelving units can be configured to handle any heavy duty application for your facility. Boltless steel shelving systems consist of three components, rivet angle posts, shelf supports, and steel shelves. The rivet angle posts of these industrial shelving units have keyholes on 1-1/2" centers up and down the post, the double rivet shelf supports are locked into the keyholes to create a rigid unit. Shelf supports must be added to the bottom and top of unit. Intermediate shelves use clips to lock into the posts and create a stable surface.
- All industrial shelving units are kept in stock, 3-5 days to ship from Tennessee.
- 20 or 22 gauge steel shelves.
- Pre-configured units offer 5 shelf levels, extra shelves can be added.
- 12", 18", 24" and 36" wide shelves.
- 36", 42", 48", 60", 72" and 96" long shelves.
- All pre-configured industrial shelving units are kept in stock in gray color.
- All models ship knocked down, but are easily assembled when received.
- Adder units available to add a level of storage to two and three shelf models.
- Optional accessories such as casters, shelf dividers, side and back panels are available for these idustry grade boltless shelving units.
