Four heavy duty swivel casters allow drums to turn 360 degrees for maximum maneuverability. Casters are welded to the frame for greater strength. Can be used to transport full drums or make empty drums mobile. Ideal to convert empty drums into mobile refuse containers. Drum is 3-7/8" off floor with 3" casters and 3-5/8" off floor with 2-1/2" casters. Lip around the drum is 2-1/2" high.
